Oak base have been extremely busy this half term and we have been learning so many new skills.
From cooking, measuring and counting to visiting the school orchard and telling stories.

The whole school visited St Barnabas Church for a Harvest Festival.
Oak Base joined in with all of the singing and celebrations and even got a ride back to school in the mini bus.

Today we went to the school orchards and we picked apples, pears and blackcurrants.
We are going to wash them, cook them and then eat them.
Have you ever been fruit picking before? What did you pick? What did they taste like?
We have such an exciting term ahead of us.
